These Terms & Conditions govern all quotation, repair, installation, and maintenance services performed by ASR Sutter Repair Service (“ASR”), registered in Malaysia. By engaging our services via phone, WhatsApp, or website submission, the client agrees to these terms.
Online calculator estimations represent preliminary price guides. Final formal quotations are confirmed on-site following physical inspection of opening dimensions, electrical supply, and structural frame integrity. Work commences only upon verbal or written client approval.
Our rapid dispatch units make every commercial effort to arrive within 45 to 90 minutes across Selangor and Klang Valley. Technicians will prioritize securing property safety and restoring door balance before performing any necessary part replacements.
New electric motors carry up to 1-year replacement warranty against manufacturing defects. Torsion springs and replaced hardware carry standard warranty. Warranty does not cover damages caused by vehicular collisions, electrical power surges, unauthorized modifications, or acts of nature.
Payment is due upon successful completion and client demonstration of shutter operation, payable via instant online bank transfer (DuitNow), cash, or corporate crossed cheque for registered business accounts.
